Mixing and slurrying as a continual process
With ATREX technology, you can implement continuous slurry and mixing processes that have been tested with countless different raw materials. All solids and liquids fed into the process pass through a very efficient and powerful dispersing zone. This achieves a much more homogeneous particle size distribution and a stable slurry without agglomerates compared to traditional solutions (batch process).
The compact ATREX unit can be installed in an existing slurry processing unit, giving you continuously operating, efficient, and high-capacity slurrying process at a low investment cost.
ATREX mobile units
You can also take advantage of ATREX’s versatile applications in an easy-to-move form. Our mobile units enable a full-capacity production process or, for example, pilot production at a factory scale.
You can get an ATREX mobile unit either as a frame-mounted process installed on your line or as a container plant. Both equipment options will come equipped and finalized to suit your process application and other requirements.
