The effective rotors ensure optimal distribution when processing different material. Operation is based on two counter-rotating rotors, which are designed based on the raw materials and the needs related to the final product. During processing, material is subjected to very strong shear, turbulence and impact forces - also on micro level. Process efficiency can be easily controlled by adjusting the rotating speed of the rotors. The treatment is directly right on target after one single pass and every single input volume unit gets an equal and very strong energy input.
